I have been using these bins for over a year to store 3d printer filament and keep it dry. One bin fits nicely in an IKEA KALLAX cube and holds 6 spools of filament with room to spare for a hygrometer and a pouch of dry and dry. My hygrometers consistently read 25% humidity or lower inside the bins, while outside the bins, my control hygrometer reads much higher.

I love the size, quality, and the seal on the lid. It works perfectly. I can always trust Sterilite with the highest quality at a reasonable price. Highly recommend

UPDATED: I'm changing my review from 1 start to 5. These are awesome bins and I'm very happy I was able to find them here on Amazon. Originally I got them on the shelf at Target but they are no longer available there. My original two bins withstood much abuse and lasted several years. I use these to securely and safely transport live snakes, even as large as 25 pounds (almost filling the bin completely). Latched down, the snakes cannot escape which is perfect when you need to take them to the vet and don't want to risk having a snake getting loose while you are driving. Sadly one of the bins in my original order arrived cracked in the bottom making it unusable for my purposes. Blame it on the shipping company...these bins are strong and sturdy but will crack if they are dropped or smacked about, as any clear bin would. The seller was more than helpful, quickly sending a replacement, then another replacement when the replacement arrived damaged as well. So love the bins, love the seller, but need a little improvement in the shipping/delivery. _____________________________________________ Love these bins. No longer could purchase off shelf but was so happy to find them on Amazon. Ordered a 4 pack, but the bottom one arrived so cracked it's totally unusable! There was absolutely no packing material in the box so I'm not surprised. These are very sturdy bins, but they will crack if they are dropped. I'm very disappointed as I needed these for transporting live animals, and the six latches make them very safe and secure. I'm initiating a return so I can repurchase them again. Hopefully getting what I paid for next time.....four UNDAMAGED latching bins.

Love the durability and the amount of things it holds. I’m using them to organize craft items for upcoming events and they hold a lot. I don’t worry at all about water damaging the items I spent so much of my time making because the seals are strong. They stack perfectly on top of each other so no concern that they would topple.

These are outstanding storage tubs. Have 5-6 and will buy more. Best thing is you can see what’s inside without having to pull the tub out or open them
