A great, solid, well made 3 in 1 anchor for multiple types of resistance training
My wife and I are really pleased with this 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor. Our place is smaller with little room inside to do anything with TRX (from here on Amazon) or Resistance bands (From here on Amazon). The one door that can handle it and faces the proper way with (barely) enough space to do anything, ... you get the idea. So we had the thought of using them on the porch with our heavy bag stand serving as the support for the resistance bands. But how? That too has its obstacles: all round, not squared off spots. The 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor grabbed by attention because of the red, then the name, then what the product page said it does coupled with photos. After much debating, we gave it a try and come away pleased. We didn't realize there are so many obstacles in picking the best option when you don't have a home weight cage with all that solid weight holding it in place and a secure, safe place to put it. But this 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor can take those issues and give you answers. 1. The Red: This cracks me up. It's meant to give a warning NOT TO OPEN THE DOOR due to the red tag being there while someone on the other side does their door-reliant workout. We always tell one another (no kids) and it's fine. The red tag is a nice idea, but makes us laugh as you (we) really don't look up - and the red tag hasn't drawn our attention enough. But it is there, so on a door that appears open and easily seen, presumably it'll work fine. But it is something to keep in mind. 2. The Materials: This 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor has some solid materials well assembled. The strap is thick, solid, and even with each of us pulling one side for certain things, no issues. No issues also when I'm doing upper body. I'm not Schwarzenegger, but I've got enough game to give it a workout and we both feel safe with the response. Stitching is also top notch with a solid looking double stitch (I know little about such things, but it looks impressive to me and my wife says it's really well done). 3. The Hardware: The 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor has some solid, tough hardware making up the carabiner used to anchor and hold against the bands. From the first moment we each held it we felt confident. It's the thickest such carabiner I've ever held. 4. How it Works for Us: We found we could anchor it to a middle upright on the weight stand and it works great. The upright keeps it set in a position where we can workout to each side, rather than how such things often end up rubbing on one another because of how they are stitched, assembled, and lineup. To either side there is a horizontal section that holds the 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor in place at this middle section. It all works perfectly. ** We have it sets to work around the weight bag with a strap/band to either side. This gives each of us a sense of "safety" if anything did happen and something snapped. 5. Additionally this set up means we can easily remove it and replace it quickly and easily. We like this option so much - though we don't really want to have to - we're talking about getting two more to place at the bottom for those bottom-out and bottom-up exercises. 6. What we have not yet tried is up high. It'll take a bit of work to make something work and as of this writing, are not sure it'll work. Traditionally one would use the door stopper (placed between the top of the door and doorframe with the door closed. So we don't truly have the up-high set up - at present - but we have figured things out and this 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor has been a very smart buy. I describe all of these set ups as a means of showing there are other options if you don't have a "proper" door. We avoided such equipment for a couple years because we didn't think it would work in our place. We've stopped using the previously mentioned door after only a year because it isn't really convenient, but is very limited. I spotted this 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor and it gave me ideas that are playing out. So I encourage anyone not sure if it'll work for them to consider all the options open to them. I'm thrilled with taking a chance on this 3 in 1 Over the Door Anchor. PHOTOS: ** Bright Red Tag for alerting someone on the "other side of the door" "see" the door is being used and not to open it ** The strap is thick/wide and very well stitched with a solid, thick piece of metal to round off the materials. It is impressively designed and constructed ** I try to present different views in the various photos in an effort to show it from different angles. ** We are happy with being able to move it, disconnected, and reconnect all very quickly and easily. But even with that ease, we are strongly considering one (to match this one) or two (for three total, all remaining in place) more to extend our workout options.

Durable and great product.
The build quality is great and beefy. Looks like it will last a long time. So far, no issues placing over the door and using with high strength bands. Easy to use and fits perfectly. Great product.

Solid door anchor, a little too short
Good, solid door anchor vs another style I had that seemed to cut into the band I was using. The downside is that itโs too short between the anchor and band holding loop, so itโs hard to close my door frame.

Nice product
Compared to the ones I already have, this one feels very safe. It is fully padded in areas where there is tension, and the stitching is thick. I use it heavily daily, and so far, it looks like new, even after over a month of use. I am now more worried about damaging my door than this thing.
