Are these mats rolled for shipment, or folded for shipment?

Mine came folded, but silicone doesn’t take a set, so it doesn’t have any creases in it.

Yes see Amazon.com product description

From the product description on Amazon.com: Extra Large Silicone Table Mat Safe Material The extra-large silicone mat is made of high-quality food-grade silicone, BPA free, you can use it without any worry. Safe for Family and Kids.

Is there a way to get the fold wrinkles out so it will lay flat? I've tried boiling water, also leaving it in the sun for 5 days.

Dear customer, thanks for your question, about creases, in order to ship safe and environmentally friendly, we use this product packaging method, we pity it brings trouble for you, you can take it water to wash for a while and dry or you can use books or other heavy objects to press it for a few hours, it will restore, please contact us if you have any other questions.
