Good cable

Heavy duty cable. This cable will, I believe, will stop someone from trying to take your property quickly.

This cable is not coiled. Lays out straight, easy to weave in and out of multiple items and lock them up.

I had to use it for pulling out a full side van loaded that was buried up to the bumper and and stuck and the truck had to pull it out tires smoking and it pulled through and got the van free..because the tow strap kept braking that was designed for pulling.. but it didn’t break Until it was free and the truck took off while the van was in park then it snapped..I think the guy in truck was upset about his smoking tires after using the the cable..and tore the loop clean off.. but it was a good demonstration of strength it has for being meant for keeping my bike safe otherwise..I really liked the cable afor how long i got to use it with my thumbprint pad lock..great add on..so I give it my highest recommendation as a strong cable..

The width of the braid is a lot smaller than I anticipated for the price ($24). IMO this is a visual deterrent only. If someone is looking to steal your items they have already brought a long handled bolt cutter that will slice through this like butter. It will prevent the impulsive casual walk off until they come back with something better. But I like to say....when you are running from Lions...you don't need to be first....just don't be last. Same thing applies with security....don't be the low hanging fruit. I have this item behind locked gates and tall fences already so this is just an added feature and I wouldn't be relying on this for front line security.

Purchased to use as a tow rope between a cargo sled and skidoo. Waterproof, strong, nice and long allowing me to double it up and attach it easily with a carabiner between the two loops.

Heavy duty, reasonably priced, plastic coated steel stranded cable. Should slow down all but the most well prepared thief.
