Great kit
This test was easy and the results didn't take long to get after they received the package, and when sending the sample package after swabbing my brother and I it didn't take long for them to receive it, if you need this test I wouldn't look anywhere else this kit is awesome

Garbage
Results are very confusing and not able to understand. Just needed a simple yes or no and to much data to know what the results are. Would not recommend unless you know the sciences behide dna stuff for tests like this. They should call and talk to you about result instead of sending you an email about data that is not clear.

Difficult to interpret results
Fast results with no issues but report results were difficult to understand. A simple "yes" or "no" would be much better than a lengthy page of probability rambling.

Sibling test
It took a week for them to receive the testing samples. After they got them the results came in a day. Reading the results was hard to understand but I was able to reach out to the company for them to clarify the result and they got back to me in a timely fashion to help us understand the results. This was a great purchase to get the answers we have been wanting to know for a long time.
