New Mood 30ct

Works great! Helps me relax & get a good nights sleep. It definitely works for me!

I have mitochondrial disease, 2 lesions in the basil ganglia of my brain, lower lumbar scoliosis, nerve damage, tremors, compromised immune and central nervous systems, broken several bones, dislocated my knee 3 times, and received reconstructed knee surgery. Long story short, I am a mess. My body fails me every day, yet my mind is still awake. The mitochondrial disease also effects my body's natural creation of melatonin. Make matters worse, my tremors from the nerve damage force me to move and twitch, making it impossible to fall asleep, and stay asleep. I normally go 2 or 3 days a week on a couple of hours of sleep, then I finally crash and sleep for long periods of time. I also work nights. Nothing that I have nor tried, has EVER worked for me. My anxiety meds are made to help me sleep, yet they do the opposite. Taking Onnit's New Mood has been the life saver for my body. I have tried probably 20 vitamins to help correct my issues. None worked. Even taking melatonin itself NEVER works. This product has been helping me fall asleep, relaxing myself to where my tremors don't effect me as bad and I STAY asleep. Words cannot describe how thankful I am of your company. Knowing I am consuming natural supplements is a true life saver. I refuse to take prescription sleeping meds from my doctor because I do NOT want any more of what I have now. Big pharma is a disease itself. I want to know what I am putting inside my body. I found your product through the Joe Rogan podcasts that I watch nightly. Knowing how well Joe takes care of his own body speaking highly of you guys, made me go on Amazon and try it for myself. I am only 26 years old and probably have more health issues than your grandparents, and it sucks. Every single day I am in pain. Every day I am physically exhausted, yet my body refuses to sleep. Again, thank you to Onnit and especially Joe Rogan for helping me. You guys make every day a little less difficult. I am greatful for you guys...Thank you all.

I've struggle with insomnia for 14 years. I've been on benzos for around 10. Gave them up 2 months ago due to getting tolerant of them. New Mood is amazing. It gently suggest to my body it's time for sleep. The best part is dreaming. It makes me dream all night. In the beginning the dreams were so vivid it was overwhelming but things mellowed out quickly into just dreaming all night. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is that it contains maltodextrin which is illegal when you are on the SCD diet and so I am looking for another supplement that doesn't contain this ingredient. All the other ingredients work amazing and it has helped me get off taking Rx medication to achieve a restful night of sleep.

First things first, this is a supplement and it takes a while for it to work fully. So do not make a decision based on the bad reviews after one night of trying it. Even though it does give you a relaxed feeling the first time you take it, you probably wont notice a difference in your mood until after a week or two. This is the best 5-htp product i have tried and ive tried many. The “tranquility blend” (no other 5-htp product has this) gives you a very nice relaxed calm feeling and makes it easy to fall asleep. About after a week of taking New Mood i started to notice myself not getting irritated throughout the day and my sleep became more consistent. Sleep regularity and consistency is the result of new mood doing what its supposed to…increase and regulate serotonin. Im much happier overall and my sleep has improved dramatically after taking this product. The only downside to New Mood is the cost but it is definitely worth it

I read a review saying this wasn't like others and it puts you to sleep almost instantly no need to lay in a single spot and that it just shuts your brain off from thinking, but it doesn't. I usually take WellPath Rest and thought I would try out Onnit instead but its literally almost the exact same thing for nearly double the price and half the amount you get with WellPath. I bought this twice and it felt like a waste of money compared to what I usually buy. I think I am going to continue to get my 60 count for ~$15-20 with WellPath instead of the 30 count for ~$25-30 with ONIT (nearly a dollar per pill).

A little background: I have experienced relatively mild anxiety my whole life, and while not completely crippling, it stills puts quite a damper on things. I typically begin to feel panicked before doing several day-to-day things such as driving places, going to class, meeting up with people, etc for no apparent reason. As of late, I have also been having issues with feeling exhausted all the time (even after a good night's sleep) and unmotivated. At this point, I have been taking New Mood for a week and a half. So, while not having long-term experience with it quite yet, I can give a tidbit of the initial results. To be quite honest, the change is very subtle, but as I thought about it more and more, I realized that I had not experienced any anxiety since breaking into my bottle of New Mood. Basically, it feels like it set me to a more normal/level-headedness. While I'm usually pretty scatterbrained about my daily tasks and project management (due to stressing myself out), I am now more able to hone in on individual tasks and work through them in a calm manner. In my first week of taking New Mood, I had to finish and turn in a large project for my capstone design class. While finishing the project, I never got too worked up about it and was able to diligently work through it. When it came to critique, I had no problem getting up and talking about it in front of my class. It honestly felt kind of weird when I thought about it because somewhere in my head I felt like I should be freaking out, but I wasn't at all. I am feeling pretty optimistic about this product, and I hope that it will continue to work for me. tl;dr version: It is subtle, but it definitely helped with my anxiety problems. I'm going to have to work this into my regular budget!
