Failed after exactly one month.
UPDATED REVIEW AFTER ONE MONTH: Well, unfortunately, I've had to downgrade my original 5-star review because this display lasted exactly 1 month before malfunctioning. The screen flickered, jumped and around and became distorted, becoming quickly unusable. I tried removing it and reinstalling it, but it has definitely failed. Unfortunately, the cheap components used in these aftermarket displays just don't have the quality to last, it seems. I've ordered a new screen from a different brand now.ORIGINAL REVIEW AFTER FITTING: I'm not convinced about the quality of the screen. I don't think it's as good as the original. The blacks aren't very black. But, still, it's good enough for an iPhone 12 Pro Max that's several years old now and just needs to be kept running for another year or so. That's it for negative points - the rest is positive! The price was great, and the package was really good. Well packed, with very clear, English instructions. It included decent tools, colour-coded to match the instructions. Bonus marks for including a screw "mat" to hold every screw in place on a diagram to assist with reassembly. AND it included the adhesive / water proof seal and even a glass screen protector. I'm very happy with the presentation of the materials here and the value for money. I'd probably buy this one again.

A decent screen with a good set of tools.
The screen looks good and, without comparing side by side with an original Apple screen, I wouldn't notice the difference. The tools supplied with it are very good. The instructions included are a little basic but better than some I have seen in the past but plenty of step by step instructions are available online.The first screen I received had a faulty touch sensor but the replacement works well.

Fits and works well but thicker then factory screen
Fits and works, fairly easy install, display is not bright enough to see well in in the sun and is roughly a millimetre thicker the factory screen making my 3 piece tough case unable to fit over the bevel

Ok for the price, but would suggest spending a bit more
The price is a good indicator:-bad refresh rate-lcd, so bad black quality: you can see all the details of the notch-very big bezel on the bottom: like the iphone x.-VERY thick: couldn’t fit my quad lock case.I’m still keeping it as a quick back up, but i’ll order a more exspensive (oled) variant.
