Will this work for 670g

I purchased this for FreeStyle Libre 2; but the item description on the product page lists the following: FreeStyle Libre; FreeStyle Libre 2, Glucose Meter, Minimed Paradigm Revel, Dexcom G6 Mobile CGM Receiver, Dexcom G5, Medtronic Minimed 670G Insulin Pump; Medtronic Minimed Paradigm Revel 723 / 523; Medtronic Minimed 780G, CGM Device, Medtronic Minimed 630G Insulin Pump; Medtronic Minimed 640G, Asthma Inhaler, Animas Ping, Medtronic Paradigm 522 722 Please note line two above (Medtronic Minimed 670G InsulinPump) I hope this is what the "670g" in your question is referring to.

Will this hold my Tandem x2 securely if I bend over or can it slip out of the case?

INSULIN PUMP HOLDER For insulin pumps up to 4.5" x 2.4" x 1" Now My OPINION: I bought it for my Libre2 sensor reader and had to abandon use because my reader it is too thin. The key issue is the 1 Inch measurement which is the front to back opening of the pocket. If your insulin pump is less than 1 inch thick; I believe it could slip out if you bent over. My old Razor flip phone fits perfectly in this holder; leading me to believe it was originally intended for that use. I gave it to a buddy that is a competitive pistol shooter. His shot timer fit perfectly.

How big are the belt loops?

This holder does not come with a belt there are no loops. It comes with a clip for your pockets, the waist line or through the belt loops on your pants.
