I'm going through menopause and bought this to help with night sweats and hot flushes during the night it is super cold and works brilliant during a hot flush but is a little cold when not having a hot flush. I place this product underneath a sheet and it has made the quality of my sleep much improved. It is comfortable covers a full length of single bed only. Downfall is it makes me feel sweaty when not having a hot flush so I tend to use it to cuddle during a hot flush instead of using it under my body. All that. Good quality material would highly recommend corners and edges feel a little sharp compared to my other smaller cooling mats

It's on my bed. I'm 5ft 10 in and it's as long as my body and as wide as my body. Kept me cool last night. 🥶

This works beautifully. The cold lasts for about 15 minutes but if you're not asleep by then it begins to reflect the heat back at you. Think I might try it in the cold weather to see if it's like a water bottle😀 Its quite heavy and stuff but I had no problem with sleeping on it and I'm a princess and a pea person!

Only used one night but was really good. I suffer with Heat Hives and when my temperature goes up in bed they itch and I get no sleep. I bought this to try and at least keep me cool to enable me to fall asleep and it worked. The added benefit is that I turn all night and because of the fabric used, this enabled me to turn much more easily than on cotton sheets. I thought it may be too cold but I use a 4.5 tog duvet and a throw and had a really good nights sleep. I hope it continues.

I got this bed topper because I have Syatica a d my new bed was too hard. This topper kept sliding of the bed throughout the night and had to be put back on the bed. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Used for under the bed sheet in summer and it works

The mat does keep cool for a short time but our body quickly warms so it is no longer effective. I put the mat at the bottom of the bed to keep my feet cool in the very hot weather to help me sleep and this worked relatively well, the only issue is the gel has moved to the ends so there is nothing in the middle anymore. This is disappointing.

Bought for son who gets hot at night anyway, let alone when we do have decent temps 🤣. Already had a slightly smaller one ( which was no longer long enough for him, so his gf uses that, & son uses this. He said it really helped during recent spell of warm weather & he was more comfortable. Arrived well packaged in its own bag, so easy to re-fold & put back in bag when not in use. Son is happy with it, and slept better so yes, I’d recommend.

Raffredda, ma poi bisogna spostarsi per fargli dissipare il calore. Non riesco ad usarlo perché ha un fortissimo odore di silice, anche se l'ho lavato più volte con un panno e abborbidente profumato, si sente l'odore nella stanza e rimane anche sui tessuti dove è stato appoggiato.

It's OK but not brilliant

In pratica non mi é proprio piaciuto, motivo dopo cinque minuti e come non averlo, praticamente inutile,grazie.

Está bien para refrescarte la cama en verano de una manera sutil. Al cabo de una media hora ya se pierde el fresquito, por lo que tienes que darle la vuelta ó retirártela, porque si no, emite todo el calor que ha absorbido de tu cuerpo.

Purtroppo rinfresca solo per poco dopodiché diventa caldo e quindi controproducente e scomodo 😟
