The quality is great
They fit well. I like the fact they don't fall off or irritate. You can wear them all the time.

Well made wrist weights that stay in place comfortably.
Comfortable fit. Well constructed. Velcro grip is very strong. Thumb loop is a comfortable fit. Comfortable for my daily 30-45 minute workout. Wrist weights don't get in the way when using dumbbells. Adds an extra element to my workouts.

Great weights, not too clunky
Definitely good weights for adding a little extra workout to your day to day routines. Can loosen up a tad but that’s to be expected from the material they are made of. They are soft and the Velcro holds tight

These are my first Wrist Weights. I like the thumb hole and the resistance from the Wrist Weights does do more than I thought. Love them.

Works for me
Pros: -it seems convenient enough to wear during the day or walks -wearing it one hand was easy - the finger hole detail to keep it steady is nice Cons: - there is a chemical smell, but it’s not that bothersome - because Velcro opening meets on top of your hand. The weight is not distributed equally around your wrist.

Good weights
These hand weights are well made and stay in place. After using them I did find that I was not partial to the thumb hold. I prefer weights that just circle my wrist.

Comfortable
Great for walking. I thought I'd wear them while I worked but they got in the way while typing. So... when I'm doing things that they don't really work for, I just wrap them around my ankles instead

Perfect fit
Love this! I have small wrists and I find that other Velcro types either stretches the fabric making it loose over time or the Velcro won’t tighten enough for my smaller wrists. This one is perfect for adjustment and does not pull on fabric. Love it!
