Works Great
Easy install. Trunk wasn't opening changed the fuse and it worked for a few days before fuse blew out. Ordered this part truck opens now with remote or button on trunk. Works 100% 2015 Chevy Malibu

Great Fix
After blowing fuses with my worn out part I purchased this replacement part. Everything works, no more blown fuses, emergency release fits perfectly. I'm very happy with the part.

2015 Malibu latch
Happy with it so far. The guts came out of the old one on my 2015 Malibu. Upon further inspection the original GM part is a piece of junk almost designed to fail. This one is hands down better. Does not come with the emergency handle, and there is no way to attach the old one. That doesn't bother me at all. Easy to install, take the trunk liner partially off, remove that inside handle. (9/32 socket) Once the latch is exposed, remove the two torx bolts, slide it back and it will come off the hangers. One wiring harness that comes off with the press of a tiny flat blade screwdriver. Took me 20 min or so. I will update this review if it gives me any grief.

Super impressed!
Bought this as a last-ditch attempt before trying to order the parts from a dealership, because part stores dont carry it. I did NOT have high hopes. But I installed it (at first without grease) and it worked like a charm. It was a tad noisy at first (because I didn't add grease) but it got better with a bit of grease and some time. Wish they would have sent a little tube of grease but all in all, GREAT Product

Well worth the price!!
This worked for my 2015 Malibu as the original keeper poping the fuse. Was way cheaper than OEM. OEM was $160. A little tricky but not super hard to install. Once you figure out the xabel it's easy. Works well for several months now.

Inexpensive way to fix trunk latch
Not real easy to install, but not too tough either. It took me a bit longer to do the work than I originally expected, but the new trunk latch is working great so far.

Works as good as the $199 factory part
Works great as the Original one from factory ! For a lot cheaper , I went to auto one and for the same part it was ganna cost me $199 , got it from here and I haven’t had any issues with my trunk since !
