Is the weight specified for all three panels ?

Not sure if it is documented but weight is no more than a couple pounds each.

is the beige see through?

The fabric panels are similar to a cloth napkin. Not easy to see through, though the beige may differ from the grey panels I had. If the fabric is the same, I'd say the beige panels aren't see-through.

can you bend this in a c shape? Or does it only zig-zag?

no you can bend it to a C but each panel where there is a the divider metal/whatever can completely fold or you can do it zig zag like into letter "w" it folds completely flat so good for storage

Can they be used outdoors?

I think they would be suitable but not durable to weather damage. I'd also suggest adding some stakes or ties to hold them in place because the screen is fairly lightweight. Otherwise, I think they would work well outdoors.
