After one month it stopped working at all. I like the product, but it didn’t last a month. I hope I can get my money back or have a replacement. The machine stopped turning on.

As a microbiologist, the mechanism that it says it does, is certainly something that you’d want to do for your fruits and veggies that have a permeable membrane such as: tomatoes, grapes, lettuce, etc. It states that it breaks up the chlorine molecule that is pretty much found in regular tap water and then it creates an oxidant. This disrupts the cell membrane of bacteria and pokes holes in it, resulting in cell lysis. I’d recommend this since I now use it all the time. I do however want to state to not jam pack the container like how I did. On top of this, I like the little docking station that comes with it — it’s super easy to charge and keeps things organized.

The machine works well but there is an issue with the charger. We have to use our own cord and the usb wall charger because the original cord did not work. The charger block was not included, so we tried to use our iphone charger blocks (or cubes) but it did not help. So, we ordered additional charging blocks on Amazon. They did not help either. Something is wrong with the cord. We use now a different one and it works. The machine itself works ok. I cleaned my silver jewelries to see the result. They shine.

The item arrived and it’s false advertisement. There is nothing in the bowl except water. The equipment releases grub on its own! Update: Return was easy and refund issued

I heard this prod from a friend and was looking for hydroxy water ion purification technology which can easily help you clean any fruit or vegetables from harmful substances. This one is very easy to use and clean, just turn it on and safely drop into water it will produce OH- and H+ with bubbles and it will degrade chemical pesticide or tiny insets. It will auto shutdown after 10 min, so you have to turn it back on if you want to use for longer time. It can be re-charged by USB quickly. I highly recommend this if you want clean food and healthy eating.

I've been using this for a long time now. I feel it does the job. I mean, I have no really way to know unless I could look my vegetables through a microscope, but I do notice they look cleaner after the process. And the equipment has been working well so far in terms of durability, battery lasts about 10 usages after every charge.
