If this is taken one day does it follow through to the next day?

I have used Rescue Remedy for 20 years for stress or anxiety or panic attacks. If taking 1/2 or full dropper full under the tongue then it will calm and relax fairly quickly, 15mins or so, and will last abt 1-2 1/2 hrs. One can take another dose an needed. I do not know how much wold be an “exceeded” amount. It does not make me sleepy, just more calm. I have also added 1-2 dropper fulls to a bottle/glass of water to maintain a small consistent amt. Thus, one dose will not last into the next day. It can be expensive but I swear by it when going thru periods of anxiety.

Can you drink alcohol with it?

Glycerin does not contain any sugar, rather it is a polyol, a type of low-digestible carbohydrate that has a naturally sweet taste. Polyols are often used as sugar substitutes in sugar-free sweets. The amount of carbohydrate in one dose (4 drops) of Rescue Remedy is minimal and provides only 1 calorie.

After opening, how long will any leftover liquid last - with or without refrigeration?

RESCUE REMEDY is stamped with a 'use by' date on both the bottle and carton flap. If stored at moderate temperature 77⁰ it will be good to use until this date.

Received it today. Usually after work is when my anxiety or stress affects me, after a long day I come home cook, clean. So I get tension all in the shoulders back and chest, plus papatations, high anxiety . So yes , tonight I took it as soon as I got home because I know the routine. So far, sooo great at only an hour and a half in. All the symptoms I stated...I'm not feeling. Not making myself untense, no papatations, nothing. Feels good to have a normal night. Buy! Great for anxiety

I have anxiety that makes it extremely hard to shut my brain off sometimes. One full dropper of this and I was great! Helped me fall asleep faster and just get to a relaxed state of mind! My dog also likes this for when we have vet visits, it keeps her calm.
