Arrived with EU plug - But good voip system
Arrived with an EU plug so I returned it; don't see why I should have to spend more money on buying an adapter. But, I bought the same phone/base station from Voipon, a little bit more expensive but it came with a UK plug. It's a good voip phone system, plenty of features, makes and receives calls very well and looks nice. My voip provider is Dial 9. i would recommend this voip phone/base station.

The Worst Customer Service I can Ever Remember Failing to Receive!
If I could rate this seller lower than one star I would. I received an unuseable base unit and phone for the small charity that I manage. It had already been provisioned to another customer so when I made a call on it I appeared as a separate London based business. In fact, I could even receive calls on behalf of the same London based business. I returned the base unit and phone receiver. BossDeal confirmed receipt of my returned items and sent me photos of what I returned. They then refused to send me a refund. I will now get a refund from my card issuer. Amazon have also been worse than useless on this matter. Instead, BossDeal are accusing me of returning to them goods that I have purchased from another supplier. This is simply not true. I am in a Catch 22.

Yealink - poor hardware and customer support
After 15 months of limited use on this phone, it has suddenly died. The headset will not connect to the base and consequently will not register with the digital line provider. After a month of contact with the Yealink 'ticket' support team they have come to the conclusion that the 'hardware' is defective and that I should return to the seller for a 'warranty service'. They have concluded the ticket support as being resolved! There is only 12 months warranty on the phone. I have therefore been left high and dry without a working digital phone. Advice - avoid any future purchase of this phone

Bought with an extra handset and it came with only two power supplies - both different, and neither would work with the base station.Also missing was the 2nd belt clip.

MAC address not removed from previous account - unusable
This product doesn't work. The phone was pre assigned to a different account and my phone provider is unable to remove the phone assignment. Return this package isn't an option on amazon and it says contact manufacture. Overall not an enjoyable process and if I cant return it I'm out 200

Etwad kompliziert einzurichten, aber ansonsten gut.
Die Einrichtung war etwas kompliziert und bei yealink findet man nicht wirklich eine Anleitung, aber seitdem funktioniert es gut.Lediglich den "low energy mode" der Basis musste ich deaktivieren, denn damit verlor das Mobilteil ständig die Verbindung.

The Yealink W76P works flawlessly and has excellent range!
The Yealink W76P works perfectly for our small business! It has excellent range capability, great sound quality, tons of features, a bright and large display, excellent battery life, and even came with a belt clip for portability. Setup was super easy using the provided instruction manual, and it auto provisioned flawlessly with our VOIP Provider, RingCentral! We had the phone fully setup and working with our VOIP service in less than 10 minutes after opening the package! Highly recommend!
