Wifi controller does not work. no support available. Dont Buy!
This doesn't sync with wifi, There's no support. I bought 6 sets of COB LEDs plus the SP511 wifi controller. I hired a specialized technician to get them to sync up with our wifi. Both of us couldn't get it sync with our wifi. My technician is specialized in controllers such as these. The remote control worked as but advertising but the wifi sync didnt. Pautix does NOT offer support. Their website has a dead phone number and the email addresses bounces back. I would not recommend working with this product because the controller does not work as intended and the company does not offer support.

Burnt out, gets super hot!
Had this connected to some RGBIC COB led strips and it burnt out after 2 weeks of on and off use.

transformer stopped within a month of purchase
used to light up COB strip led lights . Worked well for about a month. Then the transformer stopped working.

Does what it says it does. However, does sound like it sparks when plugged into the outlet initially. Concerning so keeping an eye on it.

Fire Hazard.
Dangerous. Overheats easily to internal temperatures in excess of 250-300 degrees Fahrenheit. Any sustained load lasting more than 30 minutes is a legitimate fire hazard

Lights pulsate, not a continuous light DO NOT BUY THIS
I was told to buy this to power a Pautix LED light strip of (2) strips, which were 23 ft. long each. I calculated the wattage to be around 120W, so presumably this 150W power supply should work, right? WRONG. This power supply does not regulate voltage and the lights will pulsate 2 to 4 times per second WHICH WILL DRIVE YOU INSANE. No idea why the Pautix rep told me to buy this. What you really need is a LED power supply that regulates and provides consistent voltage output. That device is called a: *constant-current LED driver* It is a device that has additional electronics built into it, and not it's just a power supply block. DO NOT listen to the Pautix recommendation to buy this for their LED light strip, unless you want flickering and pulsating lights that will make you sick and give you a headache. Get a *constant-current LED driver* if you want a continuous light output from LED strips.
