Do these work with iPhone?

Yes, they are. But the Galaxy Wearable App for these or the Galaxy Pro is not available in the Apple app store. To adjust any settings you would normally do through the app you need to download the Galaxy Wearable App and Galaxy Buds Pro Manager onto an Android device such as a tablet or phone then you can tweak them to your liking. I have an IPhone 13 Pro Max that I use mine with but I adjust my settings to my liking with an old android phone that I have.

Can you manually turn off the active noise cancelation?

Yes. You can also choose 'ambient noise' for working and etc. This option can be amplified in accessibility menu. Finally, these two options can both be turned off. There are tap controls that do things, too.

When I am on a call can I mute/unmute the micrphone?

Hi Faridh and yes! You are able to mute and unmute the mic while on a call.

Whats the battery life per full charge on these? Does it charge as quickly as the 'galaxy buds plus?'

Hi Aleks Raven...Charging in the case for 10 minutes will provide 3 hours of battery life. The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro will give you up to 8 hours of play time per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case.
