Fits Gretsch Streamliner perfectly
Both of mine were the same size. I replaced the top not on my Gretsch 2655 T. After removing the glue from the old nut, it fit without any modification. I was prepared to sand the slots, but it works fine as is. The notches are very shallow as the nut is a little bit less tall. Tuning has improved. In the picture, the D string looks like it's sitting on top but that is just the angle of the groove. Thanks to those who recommended this for the Streamliner!

Fantastic quality!
I bought a knock off Telecaster by Tagima and the quality is overall quite good but had a plastic nut. This was exactly what I needed though. Be warned that I had to sand this thing a LOT. Not a big deal and I had sandpaper an delnow grease but to sand it shorter and reduce the width took a while. It seems like legit bone and sounds much better and fuller than the plastic but that was on here. I'll recommend for any diy luthiers out there, you can get a set of tiny/thin files at Harbor Freight. I used those to fine tune the string height. Very inexpensive and not hard but you have to be patient and work slow. This is a great product for upgrading a cheap guitar though!

Good for the price.
This was intended to replace a plastic nut on a cheap guitar. It needed filing on the back and in the slots. It ended up being better than the original nut. I won't put this in an expensive guitar. The 2 in package were significantly different in size. I only used one that was closer in size and needed less work.

good bone nut
Worked great. Minor filing to fit in slot, reduced overall height by filing the backside down until I had the appropriate relief. pre-cut slots required zero slot filing once installed. Easier process and better-quality bone than expected. Absolutely fabulous.

Great quality
I needed a new nut for my Harley Benton LP, decided to try these. It fit perfectly and surprisingly I did not even have to file any of the slots for string height. It was near perfect, not off enough that I would even bother breaking out my nut files. very pleased

Nice replacement nut
I like that this but is pre-cut. The string width feels right and amazingly the width is dead-on for my Harley Benton SC-JR. I don’t notice any tuning problems. The material is noticeably harder than the plastic nut that came on the guitar. The slots are not too deep either. I was able to just sand down the bottom to get the action where I like it and glue it on. Getting a backup with it seemed like a good idea but now I have a spare for the next guitar.

Fits Iyv green lp
Fit right in without any filing for me which was very rare. Make sure you look at the specs before purchasing this for other products. This did not fit a telecaster. This is only for a offbrand I YV Les Paul copy.

Good enough for the price
I wasn’t expecting much for the price. I needed a cheap nut for a cheap guitar. This fit the bill. The 2 nuts were slightly different in size, and the slots were cut slightly different. One fit better than the other. Typical made in China quality, but that’s to be expected
