it is gluten free like any other fruit. But it is a bad quality and full of sand

What Are The Benefits Of Using This Product?

A Persian friend recommended these. Perfect sweet-and-sour flavor with chicken, basmati rice, and saffron. Authentic Iranian. Delicious. If you mean nutritional benefit, I don't know. Good, I would imagine.
