Is the test performed from saliva or blood sample?

Saliva, you swab between gums and cheek

do you have to buy more than one box if you’re doing it for more than one cat? (i have 2 cats so will i need 2 boxes?)

It is 1 per cat so 2 boxes needed. I’d encourage you to read the reviews on Trustpilot before making the purchase.

Hello. Can i check if this would test for HCM, SMA, PK-Def, PKD?

This is what I got sent. (the list of all the health genetics they test for) Hope this helps 😊
