Become a barista overnight!
As coffee lovers, my family and I were thrilled to try the De'Longhi Magnifica Evo, and it has not disappointed. From the moment we unboxed it, setup was straightforward and intuitive — we were pulling espresso shots faster than expected. The one-touch recipes are a game changer, making it easy to dial in your favorite drinks without any guesswork. What really stands out is the balance between customization and convenience. You can tweak grind size, coffee strength, temperature, and milk froth to your exact preference, but the machine never makes it feel overwhelming. The auto milk frother deserves a special mention — creamy, consistent foam with minimal effort every single time. I'll be honest: if you're brand new to home espresso, there may be a small learning curve as you explore the settings and find your sweet spot. But that process is genuinely fun, not frustrating, and once you find your groove, you'll wonder how you ever lived without it. For anyone looking for a home espresso machine that grows with you — beginner or enthusiast — the Magnifica Evo strikes the perfect balance. Highly recommend.

My dream coffee machine! ☕🫘
I’m honestly in love with this machine ☕ It truly feels like a dream 🤎 I cannot express how much I love it. I love that it grinds fresh coffee beans right before brewing because freshly ground coffee tastes so much richer, smoother, and more flavorful 🫘 Coffee starts losing its freshness and aroma after it’s ground, so being able to grind the beans fresh every single time makes such a huge difference ✨ The milk frother is AMAZING 🥛 It makes every drink feel so luxurious, creamy, and café quality right at home ☁️🤎 I’ve been obsessed with making lattes and espresso drinks every day because it truly feels like having a high-end coffee shop in my kitchen ☕ It’s also super convenient 🙌 and the self-cleaning feature is amazing because cleanup is so easy 🤎 My only minor critique is that it is a lot louder than I expected, but honestly I do not even care because I love it that much ☕ I will use this every single day, probably multiple times a day 🫘 and I cannot wait to share it with my friends and family when I have parties ✨🤎

Disappointed for the price point
When I first got the machine I loved it. My big issue is the frother stopper working. The machine beeps when the frother is inserted however the machine does not recognize it and the drink options are not highlighted. The latte portion size is small and therefore requires multiple uses so it is not good if you need to make a drink to go. I use distilled water but am still force to clean the machine which I get but it is annoying and inconvenient. I would not buy this machine again

Two years and still good...
Purchased on Black Friday 2023, and we still use this daily. TL:DR - Overall - we are very satisfied. It's not perfect, but it's well designed and does most things well. This machine is designed for people that want to move up from high end drip coffee. You probably buy local beans, grind them yourself, and sweat over the details in picking your coffee maker.....but you feel like you're still missing out. And, you probably are. We instantly fell in love with the taste and ease of use, and if you're moving up from even an expensive drip coffee maker, you will too. This review is really more about what to expect on a daily / weekly / monthly basis from two years of daily use than features. Set up is easy. Takes a little time to dial in the grind setting (simple, but takes some fine tuning), but it's something that we continue to do when we change beans. Machine holds about 1/2 pound of beans. I find a medium / dark roast (not too much visual oils) works best. I will still fiddle with the grind settings when we switch beans. For daily use, I think the taste is very good. I'm no espresso connoisseur, but I've used $100 machines and $10,000 machines...once you get this dialed into what you like, I think it's quite good. Cleaning is a semi-constant thing. That's a big difference from a traditional coffee maker. Water refills are pretty much daily for our household. Cleaning the milk carafe is also a daily thing. It isn't hard, but it was a "new" daily thing at first, which was kind of annoying. Every 2-3 days, I have to empty out the spent grounds. I generally clean out the whole bottom section when I do that (pretty simple just rinse and scrub in the sink, but it takes time to dry). I also normally clean the brewing parts (located inside the panel behind the water). That part gets super dirty, and if not cleaned regularly can get moldy (gross). Then probably every 3-4 weeks, or at least 30 days, you run the full cleaning cycle. I felt like it was supposed to take less than an hour, but if you kind of do it on a weekend while doing other stuff, it's more like 90 minutes. Again not hard, and the cleaning solution isn't expensive, but it's one more thing to keep this machine running well. We've only replaced one part, so far, in two years, so it holds up well. I have another milk carafe I bought at the same time "just in case", as ours has a small crack in the side, but haven't swapped them yet. If you're used to the sound of a burr grinder, this is no different. Same noise level, just within the machine. If you aren't used to that, and maybe you get up earlier than your family....it is not super quiet. I'm not sure it would wake up the house, but maybe if you're in a smaller house with light sleepers. And it is pretty large on the countertop, so check the measurements. But all that aside, we would absolutely consider buying another one if our 2-year old version dies.

pretty good coffee without much fuss
I been using this machine every morning for about two weeks and so far it make my coffee routine much easier. I like that it grind the beans fresh each time, the taste come out rich and smooth most days. The milk frother also do a nice job, my cappuccino get a thick foam and even oat milk worked better than i expected. What I enjoy most is pressing one button and just waiting a minute or two. The iced coffee setting was surprizingly good too, which is nice now with warmer weather. I played around with a few grind settings, took me some tries but once I found what I like, it stayed pretty consistant. Cleaning is not difficult, the removable parts wash easy and the auto clean feature help alot. It is a bit bulky on the counter, not gonna lie, but for what it does I can live with that. Anyway, reminds me of coffee shops back home, just less waiting in line. the grinder and biler is a bit noisy specially for very early morning, but overall not a big deal. another thing it that the machine sends notification to empty the train which is good and avoid leakage. overall I would say it worth the money

De'Longhi Magnifica Evo: great day start!
Our family is a morning coffee lover. We always wanted to try De'Longhi and as our old machine was giving up, we gave it a try. Straight from the box it was easy set up. Not more than 10 minutes and you have your first cup ready. De'Longhi Magnifica Evo has all the needed functions for our household. What we were impressed is how silently it works. One negative side is an electric cord could be 1 foot longer. Coffee bean and water capacity is quite big, and you will not need to run around with adding one or the other. Looking forward for many years with this automatic coffee machine.

Good but not great
The machine works very well and is easy to use and clean, but the espresso shots don’t taste nearly as strong as with my Breville. I got a super automatic since I got frustrated with trying to figure out how to make espresso shots and frothing the milk. I’m going to return it and invest in the Breville Oracle Jet instead.

Quality coffee and easy to use.
This was easy to set up. I was surprised how easy it is to use and how intuitive. I brewed a couple of different types of drinks and they all came out really well. The frother worked great. It was a little bit of a learning curve to clean the milk container but that was easy once you know what to do. Keep in mind that the device will purge a little water that is left in the system before AND after use. But the lower tray captures this wastewater with no problem. This is a great espresso machine and is very versatile. The only thing that is a little disappointing is that you can't really place a tall travel mug to brew directly into. You could sort of take out the tray insert, and then it would fit, but you would have to empty the tray first. But even with that, I would purchase again.

Excelente Cafetera

Worth the Money- I love it
I love this machine! After visiting Europe, my husband and I got spoiled and no were no longer satisfied with our Keurig… I wanted something close to the cappuccinos and espresso’s we had in Europe. I researched this for 3 days and learned that, yes, I could have purchased a cheaper model but the I would have to buy a separate $250 minimum burr grinder. Also, I want easy coffee.. I don’t want to wake up and have to be a barista to get my first cup. This machine is automated so its easy yet authentic. Well worth the money. I have had it for 2 weeks so I am hoping it doesn’t break down. If it does, I will update this review. All our guests are wowed by our new purchase and everyone loves the drinks, especially the cappuccinos!!
