This book is *good enough* for a beginner, but, if you've been reading up on this subject for a while, you probably know everything and a whole lot more than what appears in this book.I would much rather see a book which tells *anyone* what they can do for psychic self-defense, without recommending that they go take another training.

It was right on the money. I learned a few new things and was reminded of other things I already knew but this book will stay on my bookshelf as a great reference text. I highly recommend it. I don't understand these airy fairy types who claim there is no evil in the world? Seek the good but be informed. The book is positive and upbeat. It is a must read for empaths and sensitives who are deeply affected by the energy of others. Buy the book!

I liked that it helped me find peace through a time when I myself am going through a spiritual awakening. The book helps you come to grips with ideas around the Light and Dark and using both to learn about yourself and be your best self.

Good book on psyshic attacks and preventive measures. Very few books are available by indian authors on this subject.

Easy to read and understand with excellent suggestions on how to maintain your personal energy. I highly recommend the techniques suggested in the book.

Although the overview says that there are no scary tactics in this book. I feel there were quite a few. Walking in the forest after dark and wearing your hair loose attracting psychic attacks? Really? There were good tips yes, but overall not worth the £5.

It is a book wrote, apparently, by a Reiki therapist but the author had passed the boundaries of Reiki, reaching the Universality. The book is true, easy to grasp and to use in daily life.

The book has useful informations and it is practical.
