Is it really that bad, cheaply made, quickly broken, then hard to contact anyone? About to buy but am afraid others problems would become mine too?

Dont buy it. Nothing but problems. They sent parts once but it took forever then it just broke immediately after.. They told me to handle it thru amazon. Bad customer relations

The gas tank on mine is leaking gas is there any way to get a replacement one?

I have sent a message about it and about the shaft on mine breaking. They sent the shaft and they say they are waiting on the gas tanks. I wished I didn’t buy it or that they would have sent a new one. It’s been a long time. Not sure how long I would have to check to be sure but I still can not use it. Spring will be over soon and now everything has grown in.

Needing a throttle trigger where to order?

I did a deep dive to find some parts on amazon . If you can find a part # you should be able to find the part.

Will the extension pole work in conjunction with the hedge trimmer?

i havent tried it but more than likely ive tried it with the other tools and it worked prefectly
