Perfect controller for my adult small hands!
The controller felt so amazing the first time I held it in my hands. All button clicks are smooth and the thumb sticks are hall effect, which makes them more durable. Works great on my Windows 11 PC! (Make sure to hit the Xbox logo in the top middle of the controller after plugging it in through USB to turn it on) I love the colors from the Red Sky version!

Small gamer
My favorite controller, great for smaller hands. I've had two of them over the years, and for the price it's well worth it. The bumpers are a huge plus as well. If there was ever a wireless version I'd get it as well!

Keep an open mind. Don't judge it until you try it.
This little controller is cool. When I bought it, I must have overlooked that it was a mini. If you have kids the age of I'd say 6-15 years old this controller would be great for them. This little sucker is tuff. I'm a big guy and break controllers all day long. I'm hard on the buttons especially the bumpers, they are the first to snap. This one is rock solid so far, but it's only 24 hrs. I bought 2 controllers I have not even seen if the other even works because how fun it is just to play with it. I laugh because it's so tiny in my hands. It fits I'm my palm one hand, but it's totally comfortable. Try it out I think people will get a kick out of a the mini controller.

Perfection Was Just Out of Reach
TL;DR: A near-perfect controller with quirks that require getting used to. Anyone who loves small controllers, or has small hands: this is the end game controller you are looking for! Pros: -Best texture and design analogue sticks I've ever used, hands down. If I could replace my PS2 analogue stick tops with these, I would in a heartbeat. (looks like an experiment to do sometime) -Small form factor perfect for people with small hands, or people who prefer smaller controllers over the bulky monstrosities of today's modern gaming controllers. (sans Switch Pro Controller, but that has issues of its own) Neutral: -paddle buttons are in the way of a better grip; but perfect for people who love paddle buttons placed exactly where the middle finger pads would be -face buttons are snappy and tactile, but feels like membrane isn't of a particularly high quality. -d-pad is nothing home to write about. It's functional, but just. Not ideal for shmups, but you could do MUCH MUCH worse. Cons: -stupid button placement of the start button. -it's wired only. (I do not mind this at all, but this is def a con for many) -my controller's rumble doesn't seem to work, as I don't feel any rumble when playing Monster Hunter World. Or, if it does, it's so weak I don't realize it. -it's too expensive @$40. Even $30 is a bit much, in my opinion. Catch it on a sale under $30 and you won't regret it. Would be nice if they sold an even cheaper version that just removed the paddle buttons in back. (I just wanted a mini 360 replacement; i don't want extra buttons) It's about time a mini xbone controller finally came out that's actually of a decent build quality! Hyperkin's fare are nice, but they are cheap garbage with an expensive price tag; no quality build to them whatsoever. I'm a massive lover of the PowerA Mini Xbox 360 controller; easily one of my favorite controllers to use, right behind the Playstation 2 controller. When PowerA released this Nano controller, I was really happy they brought back the tiny size! But! There are a few issues with it that keeps me from giving this a 100% rating. The first major issue is the...Start button? (I have no idea, and don't care, what it's called) PowerA reduced the size profile of the controller. Perfect! But they basically kept the same button placement... major fail. To hit the start button with the right thumb, you are literally bumping into the right analog stick. Button placement is in an incredibly stupid place. It's almost like no one actually held the prototype; or worse, they held the prototype and decided that it wasn't worth moving the buttons up and out ever so slightly to make it more ergonomically friendly. It takes a while to get used to trying to not bump into the right stick, though, so it's not in an especially egregious place. The second major issue is the extra buttons on the back of the controller. I hate them. It's great that I don't have them programmed to do anything because I hold my controllers tightly in my hands and, especially in Monster Hunter, I'm constantly pushing the buttons. I thought I'd like them as a feature, but the longer I held and played with this controller, the more I hated them because it's actually in the perfect placement of my strongest fingers that I use to hold most controllers. So, for others who do like buttons on the back of the controller, I seriously think the button placement is perfect for hitting with the middle finger. PowerA were looking at perfection, but fell far from it, with poor button placement and extra buttons that make this controller WAY more expensive than it has every right of being. Even when I bought it at $30, I still found that too expensive because all I wanted was a replacement for the mini 360 controllers whose rubber domes under the buttons are starting to stick. I will continue to use the Nano, but I'll just mention that I will still be stockpiling PowerA mini 360 controllers whenever I can because I still find those to be more comfortable than this, sans the clearly superior designed and textured analogue sticks. This may sound like a lot of nitpicking, but I have high standards for controllers because the vast majority of modern controllers physically hurt my index fingers and wrists when held for a prolonged period of time (namely, the PS4 and Xbone controllers are especially egregious at hurting my hands). So finding smaller controllers that are reasonably priced, built well enough, and comfortable are incredibly hard. I still give this a recommend, but with a big asterisk that the buttons on the back may make or break your enjoyment with this controller.

Bad Company, Bad Customer Support
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I bought this controller back in Feb 2025 (4 months ago). It is the perfect size for my small hands and makes playing games way more enjoyable. BUT After a couple months of using the controller it started to randomly disconnect every 20ish minutes of game play and I would have to unplug and plug back in controller for it to reconnect. I contacted the company and they said that they would send me a replacement. But they sent me the wrong controller and now wont respond to my emails. So I am left no choice but to write this review. Their website and representatives are basically useless as far as troubleshooting this issue of the controller randomly disconnecting during game play. And on top of that when you contact the company they send you the wrong controller even after you've sent them your original purchase receipt, with corresponding Lot and SKU numbers, and actual pictures of my original controller. This company has been a pain to deal with and that's sad because this controller fits my small hands so perfectly and when it was working correctly I loved using it. I am still waiting on some kind of response. If I do eventually get one, I will update the review with what they tell me. Until then, I wait... Update: They sent me out a different controller because the one that I originally bought was out of stock with no knowledge of when a new shipment would come in. That info should have been told to me before they decided to ship it out. They did not tell me anything. I would have just instead called Amazon's customer support and seen if they had any replacements since its been less than 4 months of using my original controller before it started glitching out. Amazon is pretty cool about sending out replacements for exchange. I've done it before. As much as I loved using this controller, I don't recommend that you purchase this one. They are unfortunately not reliable.

Corded controllers suck
Works great, buttons are fine, it hasn't broken after a while of having it(1-2years) and good for kid hands but I'm on my 3rd long cord replacement because of animals/kids running into them and chewing. Xbox or others doesn't make a mini controller that that connects like the normal ones do(Bluetooth or whatever it is) so im stuck keeping my toddler physically attached to the xbox to work(lemme know if im wrong)

Nano pad ideal for my stroke. Thanks.
I have a problem.. I'm a gamer, who three years ago had a stroke. It is a problem for me but I've solved it on Switch and now I've just solved it on xbox with this brilliant little pad that I didn't know existed up until two days ago! This Nano pad is awesome because I can pretty much control the whole thing with a bit of buttons being swapped round, it's not perfect but it's about 85 percent there which is for me absolutely spot on. Left hand, thumb controls the two sticks as well as all the buttons and it's not easy but it is possible and made much easier via the xbox Nano pad, thanks Microsoft.
