The clips are more rugged than expected. A nice, affordable find.

Purchased these for backpacks we’ll be using in Europe. But not just Europe, anywhere we’re in a crowd where there is the possibility of a pickpocket getting into our packs. They are the perfect size and so easy to use. Hold the zipper pull up, push one end of the clasp into it then repeat with the other side. I put them in the two pockets/sections of the backpacks where I will be keeping my more important items. It would be great if the makers of backpacks would put a single eyehole ring at the end of the zipper opening where there’s only one zipper; otherwise, where there are two zippers coming together, this little clasp hooks both together so it isn’t as simple as sliding a zipper open to stick a hand in. I believe I’d feel the tug of someone grabbing the zipper and fumbling to get the clasp unhooked. They aren’t theft proof but they are a deterrent. And there were 6 in the pack so I have two extra to use on two other backpacks.

It does a really good job. I put it on and had a difficult time getting it off. I really use it on my carry on. It can be used for anything similar.

This is perfectly fine for a backpack, but won’t survive the handling endured by checked luggage. They will break.

I've purchased these twice because I like the ease of use and they do keep my suitcase zippers together during travel. That said, both times I've bought these, 2/6 have broken after only one trip. The others keep on going and doing what they're meant to, but I can't give five stars because of easy breakage. Although they work well and are great for car, train, and airline trips, they aren't the most durable. Still, I like them well enough to give four stars.
