Update International (DPS-20) 20 lb Digital Portion Scale with LCD Screen

These are the best. The only ones we use in my restaurant. They don’t last forever, eventually the top snaps off, but oh well they work really well until then.

Very hand for calculating shipping cost and preparing accurate shipping labels.

The scales I normally use are back ordered. Restaurant so people break stuff all the time. These scales have 3 problems: 1. AA batteries barely fit in one of them. I had to bang them in with the jangle of a tool. 2. One is very difficult to turn on. The scale is brought to me because they can’t turn it on. I push very hard and it works. But it requires a lot of pressure. 3. Measures in pounds and ounces but not just ounces. That’s the worst part for us. Reads “1lb 2.6 oz”. No way to make it say 18.6oz. May not seem important but it’s a hassle for us.

Very accurate

I had this same model scale for years and loved it! Sadly, after several years I needed to replace it. I replaced it with this same model and it's horrible. It doesn't register the weight of items as you add items. It shuts off when it is registering what you are weighing. If you slightly touch the table the scale is on it will reset the scale or the numbers will change. I am very disappointed with this scale and will not buy this brand again.
