GEOID CS600 Cadence/Speed Sensor for Cycling, ANT+/Bluetooth Wireless Bicycle RPM Sensor Compatible with Bike Computers, Sport Watches, iOS/Android APPS

The CS600 was easy to install and connected quickly to my bike computer. Cadence readings have been accurate and consistent during rides. Small, lightweight, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Catches cadence really well though it is a 1 second lag(to be expected.)

This tool was perfect to sync to my HoloFit software on my Oculus Quest 2 and 3 to log my exercises progress. Thank goodness there is a YouTube video that explained how to connect it HoloFit. I was trying to actually connect it to the Bluetooth of O2 and Q3 and that is wrong. I had to go to the HoloFit Software and in there is where you actually connect it via Bluetooth. It works great each time i have did exercises in HoloFit. It fitted on my small floor exercise bike as I was not using a large piece of equipment and I get the same results. The device is price excellent for the function it provides. It’s a good quality also and works each time I move my petal, the Bluetooth lights comes on to connect.

These sensors are gabage. I bought two to use as a speed sensor and the other to be a cadence sensor. Neither sensor works! The light (red for cadence and green for speed) comes on when battery is inserted. However, the sensors do not connect to my cycling computer. I bought these as a replacement for Magene sensors that finally wore out after 8 years of solid use. Do not waste your money, get Magene, Garmin, or Bryton branded sensors. These are not worth the trouble nor the money. This is an update. After my review(see above), GEOID reached out to me to replace my defective sensors. They sent me two new sensors which worked right out of the box with no problems. GEOID did this despite the fact that the time to return the sensors had passed. Kudos to GEOID on the customer service! Thus far, I am happy with the replacement sensors and they seem to work fine. I will update my rating to a 3 for price and ease of use.

I got this as a replacement when my Cycplus sensor fell off my crank arm. So far its secure. I have it mounted on the inside of my left crank arm of my aero bike. It fits between the crank and chainstay, with the band enough out of the way even when wearing shoe covers (the last one rubbed off when I had shoe covers on). It was easy to pair and I've never had a problem with it connecting when the computer is on. Ive used it for a few months so far without replacing the battery, logging maybe 30 hours on it so far. My favorite thing is that it doesnt give false highs like my last one did when coasting over rough terrain. Definitely a good sensor for the price.

The sensor itself worked well, but the mounting system is its weakest point. We installed it exactly as instructed using only the included rubber bands. After only three rides, the sensor came off during a normal road training ride and was lost without us even noticing. I strongly recommend not relying solely on the included mounting bands. Use an additional zip tie or another secure mounting method from day one to avoid losing the sensor.

I got this to hook to my Quest 2 VR headset to start doing some virtual bike rides in HoloFit. After fumbling with battery and trying to make sure it got set to measure cadence instead of speed (kind of annoying but not impossible) I hooked it to the pedal and started pedaling... for some weird reason it would only go to 60 RPM and drop to zero...Annoying... So then I thought maybe if I attach it my riding shoe instead that will give it a better chance to get the signal. That worked much better, now it goes all the way up to 100 RPM without losing signal, better but still kinda annoying, but good enough for me as I don't hit that kind of cadence very often any way and can't maintain it too long even when I do. So, all in all works great to hook to the Quest 2 VR headset for exercising and would recommend it as a viable option to start working out in VR...

Lo uso in modalitá cadenza, é preciso e facile da collegare al mio ciclocomputer. Permette di monitorare comodamente il numero di pedalate e i progressi nel tempo, é affidabile e rende l’allenamento controllato. Ottimo strumento per chi vuole tenere traccia dell’attività fisica. Bien todo enlaza perfecto con el Garmin y funciona muy bien lo recomiendo
