This product exceeded my expectations

i love them. they work just like they should, they allow me to play on my ps5 while being on a zoom meeting. only thing is, the app isn't available on MacOS, so u cant really use the right knob unless you have a windows based device. hoping for an app for mac soon! OH AND THE EARPADS SUCK! BUY THE ONES FROM WICKED CUSHIONS!

Overall good headphone for gaming. Comfortable for long gaming sessions. Clamping force is not so great.

Feels good on my gigantic head. Not that tight. Quality is amazing. The GG SteelSeries software is even more amazing. Good battery life, lasts more than 8 hours because I don't think I have used it longer than that in one stretch.

Mic stopped working after a year and 1 month from purchase.

When I first got the headset it was fine audio is great, but when ever I get on discord my friends keep telling me that my mic is cutting off my speech. I used my old headphones and no issues occurred. I hope customer support helps me here!

Pretty happy with these. Decent battery life, good sound. I especially like the headband its way more comfortable than typical headbands especially with wireless headphones that have some weight to them.

they are so finicky to connect and keep connected, they have really sub par sound quality, and, i had to return mine because any time i left them on charge over night, they would become completely unresponsive the next day. They wouldn't turn off, none of the buttons would work, and I would have to hit the reset button under one of the ear cups. On the bright side, Amazon support was amazing. Really appreciate how they dealt with it.

I used to use Corsair Virtuoso XT. The good thing about those headphones is that they pair with two BT devices and the wireless/radio (PC). But, only one BT can "talk" at given time. However, after 8-9 months of usage, I've had some serious battery trouble with the Corsair. The support told me just to return them, so after some tests (I liked them, did not want to return, but I could not get them to work properly) - I did. This is when my gamer friends recommended the Arctis 7 headset. Since I use it for working too, I had to get the Arctis Nova 7 one (there are multiple 7 models, the difference is compatibility apparently, pc/xbox/ps - so make sure to check before you buy! I'm on just plain arctis nova 7, which works with PCs and BT just fine). The battery life on this baby is vastly superior to Corsairs (think ~7 hours vs around 1.5-2 days on Arctis), the delay should be the same (check before you buy!), the features include everything I need. Arctis Nova 7 pairs easily with my phone, works out of the box with my PC, you don't need the Sonar software thing either. Even EQ works without it. The only thing I wish this headset had was more than just 4 choices for the "microphone echo". the lowest one above 0 is a bit too loud for my liking. But other than that, I really, really like that headset. So far absolutely 0 problems with that. It is also pretty light and the headband is adjustable, which was not the case with Corsair. Oh, I wish it could display the charge in resolution higher than 1/4 (i.e. empty, 25%, 50%, 75%, full), but the Corsair ones were the same. I am very happy with that headset, I loved Corsair Virtuoso XTs, but if you do not need to pair with two BT devices, this one is just cheaper and better.
