These beads go in the shower head I brought from Amazon, they make your hair and skin soft and are good for 'hard water' areas. It states you should replace them about every 3 months. You get 4 packs in this little tin, which is enough to last a year, if you change them as suggested. They really do make a difference. Well pleased.
