Plant based calcium
Might be worth five stars. Will have a better idea next blood test. Have read non- plant based calcium tablets and possibly liquids don't get absorbed into the body. These tablets dissolve quickly which is a good sign. Good value as well.

Hard to swallow and taste horrible
This product was recommended to me by Amazon when the calcium supplement I normally purchase was not available. Although I love that this product is plant based, they are hard to swallow due to the exterior of the pill and they taste horrible - a very fishy taste. I will not be buying this product again.

Seems good
I dissolved one in a glass of water. Smells like the ocean, so I'd say it's the real deal.I have no problem swallowing them, but if someone is super sensitive about swallowing pills they might find it a little large. Could just dissolve it though.
