Bad Heilbrunner Gute Nacht / Good Night Tea (3-Pack)

This tea tastes great and it does help with sleep.

I like this tea for the calming aroma but I have a few caveats if you’re thinking of purchasing:- The packaging is completely different from what’s shown here. You need to Google to see what the updated packaging looks like.- brewing it for the full 10 minutes can be too strong, almost bitter. I know some prefer it strong but hops can leave a bitter film, not unlike an IPA (again, I know it’s completely personal preference), on your tongue. I let the bag steep for 5-6 minutes to avoid the overpowering aftertaste of hops.- given what I’ve stated above, I personally think the tea could use less hops and more lavender and orange blossom. Again, preferences vary but you should be forewarned that the tea leans hoppy.
