As advertised and very relaxing

This idea of this product is great but the quality is awful! Firstly as included in the picture you can see that those seams will come out shortly and I have just had it delivered today. I have used it few times and I can assure you that the heat on this does not last 20 minutes as stated. It lasts 10 mins if that! I had not put it in the freezer yet as I am sure it will just come apart as soon as I do this. Usually I would use the product more before writing a review but from the get go this has not been great. The sides are not equal either so when you put it on your neck the bit that goes over your chest one side it shorter. Also this does make a difference to the product but there was spelling mistakes in the instructions which I guess gives an indication of the quality of the product and how much as gone into it. If some buyers are saying it lasts more than 20 mins on heat they clearly have a different product to me. So disappointed in this product.

Very decent heating pad. Easy to warm up and use. Size good. It does smell pretty bad when you warn it up, but that seems to be the case with most of them

Exactly what I wanted. Soft and unscented!!! Tried a different brand that said unscented and I had to send back. It was scented.
