Excellent buy/Decent fragrance
Can't go wrong with theses neutralizers. Fragrance is nice. I don't have a problem with odors in my home. I just like this vacuum feature. But if it's a problem then buy these. Cost reasonable for two. Lasted almost a year. I guess this depends on how much vacuuming you do. Easy to install. Not candles but great addition! They've last almost a year. Cost reasonable.

Smells great.
I love these. My current vacuum is the first time I had the order neutralizer & I really like it. I have dogs so it helps especially when vacuuming up their fur.

Box only contained one but says two count
When I received the box that states two cartridges, there was only one cartridge in the box. otherwise these are original shark odor, neutralizer cartridges and I have no problem with them just was charged for two and only received one. Update: I contacted Shark customer service and they promptly resolved the issue.

I like to buy these but the smell doesn't last even though there is stuff left in it and the price is high

Perfect replacement!
Great replacement odor neutralizer and its shark brand. Smells exactly the same as one that came with my vacuum. Will definitely order again when I need to.

Good for about a week
The item covers up odors more than it neutralizes them. The smell can be pretty intense for people sensitive to artificial odors, even at the lowest level. The smell is noticeable for about two days, and then expect to change them every week if you want your home to continuously smell nice. The item is expensive but when it comes to the air my family and I breathe, I cannot bring myself to risk the cheaper no-name/bizarre-name/off-brands available.

Weird smell
I had a weird smell coming from my vacuum and couldn’t figure it out. I bought this and put it in and it absorbed the smell!
