This is the best probiotic I've ever had! When Pharmaca (pharmacy) still existed, I bought Pharmaca's branded probiotic--and it never failed to deliver. After Pharmaca went out of business, I tried numerous other probiotics--and none worked as well as Pharmaca's. I then discovered that this Natural Factors probiotic is the same formulation by the same manufacturer as Pharmaca's. I was so happy to find this Natural Factor's probiotic! This is such a great product! I intend to stay with it.

This product must be refrigerated. When I ordered other probiotics requiring refrigeration, those had special packaging and cooling pads; that is not how this product was delivered to me. That is why I am rating it low, otherwise this is a great product. I guess I’ll be buying at Whole Foods/Sprouts again (hoping they are handling those properly).
