Is this product non-slip when I am doing bench press?

Hello This product of ours is non-slip and Strong adhesive hook and loop wraps tightly around the barbell to prevent you from slipping while doing big bench presses. The hip thrust pad for barbell is covered with durable PU leather that is waterproof and odor resistant, reducing the risk of the pad slipping sideways due to sweating during training.

I need to feel comfortable hip thrusting 405+lbs. Does anyone know if the foam is thick enough?

Thick enough? Yes. Will it stay put and not roll to the seam and slip off the bar? No… it’s kind of annoying

How many pounds can u lift with this bar pad?

The pad should have nothing to do with how much you can lift. That’s up to you and maybe the barbell you’re using and what it’s rated for
