Excellant, transportable paint storage
Brilliant paint storage! I have one I use for gouache and another I purchased for acrylics. Paint lasts in them for quite a while (6 months and counting for the gouache. Note: I put a few drops of watercolour medium into the gouache). Very well sealed lid- however, transport flat- colours can run into each other. Quite sturdy and light to carry. Very recommended!!

Portable pallets of paint and fun!
I bought these so I could keep my pallets separate - plein Aire oils, guache for quick studies, watercolors that I use often enough to lock them in to take with me when I am doing small watercolors in the park. It is airtight, it is watertight and small enough to transport in my backpack. Once you get the hang of the different flaps locked down - it is great~ Cleaning, I just put it in hot water with a couple drops of Dawn for all media I use.

Perfect for keeping paint wet.
Love it. Nice and compact. The silicone seal makes my gouache stay wet after each use.

Good for keeping paint wet, not good for mixing in.
Works well for what it is. Keeps the paints moist, but I wouldn't recommend mixing paint in it, especially with the tool provided. The pots are deep but not very wide, so it's different to mix in, but if you do I'd recommend using a popsicle stick. Overall though, pretty good, would recommend.

Great pallet box
This pallet box is great for acrylic paints it tight seal, and does not dry your paint out. I accidentally used glass paint in mine and basically ruined it so be careful and just use acrylic

Sturdy little box to carry my paint
I was looking for something to carry my gouache paints in for when I go to class or on vacation. This paint storage pallets box seems to do the trick. The 24 little container holes hold a fair amount of paint, enough for me to take on vacation and not run out. There is a thumb ring on the bottom of the box to make it more stable for if you want to balance the box on your hand to paint from. I just sit the box on my table but for plein air painting this would be very useful. I haven't had any problem with the paint spilling into another color's bin, but my paint is on the thicker side. I don't know how it would be with really wet, watery paint, though the lid does seem to fit nice and snug. There is also a small scraper attached to the box which comes in handy to scoop out paint or to use as a pallet knife. One of the closing brackets fell off durning use, but the bracket was easily snapped back on in place. When closing the lid on top, be sure you have the lid placed correctly, with the brackets lined up in the correct spots. Nicely made and sturdy. A nice addition to my art supplies.

A surprising little jewel of a paint box...
This is a small, very well designed Watercolor/Gouache paint box (could be used for any paint really I think). The fit and finish is superb and is a perfect in-the-field paint box for anyone considering painting outside. It is well priced and well suited for my needs. The only drawback I see is the lack of clear instructions on usage options. I have played with the box and cannot for the life of me figure out what the little black removable appendage is for other than as a possible strut to lift the palette so it is one a slant for better access. Also, the lid has several options for using as the mixing area. Silicone on the one side which acts as the seal when closed and smooth plastic on the other with a texture perimeter to help keep water/paint from flowing off. The clasps also serve as a means of elevating the "palette" off the work area surface in either a horizontal position or on an incline if that is your preference. You can even leave the lid attached on the edge opposite the "black stilt" for inclining the palette well section and then have a linked pallet well and flat mixing area as long as you fold over the remaining tabs on the lid under the top to stabilize it. Overall impressive bit if engineering and very functional for small-scale in-the-field paint adventures. And of course you can use it as pictured with your thumb holding the palette. Kudos!

Not a great product and poor customer service
Not sure if the item I’ve got is faulty or if overall quality of the product is poor. After the first usage, several colors ran and mixed. I messaged customer service and included pictures. In their first response they simply stated that the silicone is there to prevent leaking. I replied that indeed, it supposed to prevent leaking, but it didn’t. And resent the picture. In their next response they suggested that I might have washed it with hot water and it damaged the silicone. I replied it was new palette out of the box. In their third message they suggested the leak has happened as a result of wells being too full. Once again I had to send pictures circling the leaks and explaining that the amount of the color in the well that leaked was very small and the other one was half way full. Only then they wrote back and offered a refund or replacement. Now I am tasked with extracting my paints, those that I can salvage from the palette and I can’t wait to send this joke of a tool back. If you use anything other that oil paints- don’t even waste your money. It looks so solid with 6 (!!!) clasps all around and doesn’t do the job properly.

I bought this to store my gouache paint in. I am afraid of mold forming on the paint, so I keep it in the refrigerator between uses. It is just perfect for this and keeps my paint fresh. I only have to spritz the paint with distilled water occasionally.

It was smaller than we expected but does the job well.

This product as worked great for me for school. But the only thing is that the paint leaks a little bit into the other sections.

Me and this pallet have gone thru a lot in the past couple years. The clips are starting to break off but I still love it. I use mine to keep my gouache thin, you can see the bleed up on the lid u can’t really just tip it around all over the place it’s gotta stay flat in your bag. But what do you expect can’t deny physics I wish you sold extra clips that would be tight! Cause I might have to get a new one soon
