Omega Shaving Brush Pure Bristles #10275 Two Color Combination

My first amazon review. Not much for leaving reviews despite relying on them for purchases. My bad. I bought this brush and a handful of others back in early 2016 when I got into wet shaving. This one quickly became the bar to which I found no other to match. I gave it a 5 star rating for softness, not because it was soft, but because (for me) it had the perfect amount of rigidity to be effective without being harsh. Tried a few badger brushes but found them too soft. After settling in on boar hair for a brush as my preferred, I tried a few other offerings by Omega and some other makers. Just couldn't find one that I liked better than this, regardless of price. Placing an order for my second one here tonight.

My friend suggested trying Omega brushes after my old brush of different brand just fell apart after 5 weeks of use. I love this brush. The first few days the bristles are a bit stiff and feel slightly rough but after a month of near daily use they are soft and feel great on the skin. This brush builds a quick thick lather out of all the soaps I have.My only complaint is the size. It feels a little small compared to my old Badger hair brush. Overall I really find this to be a great brush.

After trying other brushes, I have found Omega brushes to be superior. I prefer board to badger, and this small brush works well for me, with less loss of bristles.

Best ever for my husband

Its a good brush i wish it was a little wider, but its a nice brush. sometimes a few of the bristles will break at just the ends but i don't notice until i am rinsing the sink. All in all i would by it again.

I am very happy with this brush. I use it mostly for travel. It took a week to break-in an soften. Once it did it was like magic. I also have a larger Omega brush. This is just as nice, but just a bit on the short side. It creates a very nice lather. I have been using it with Arco shave soap and VDH.I did not have any shedding.This is a deal!

Package took a beating but the brush was fine. This works well. I have never used a badger bristle brush but It this boar bristle brush works great.I would recommend it.

Gift for step son, new to wet shaving. He liked it.
