Piece of junk. Literally. It breaks all the time no matter what you do. I used the warranty to get another and that one broke, too. I’ve never seen such a fragile kitchen appliance. It should never have been brought to market. I know I’m not the only one. It doesn’t matter if you defrost the ice cream first or not. Sooner ot later, the blade will shear off. It’s simply a horrendous design. Great idea. Horrible execution. I’d wait for a newer design before purchasing.

Needed replacements for my ninja creamy. These are great

To prevent diabetes, I eat a low carb diet and choose fresh unprocessed foods. This unit may be able to make "lite" ice cream, but it is not nearly as versatile for other kinds of healthy options, However, the description omits that information until you spend $250 and unbox it. Their included cookbook, says to make frozen yogurt, you CANNOT use yogurt that is low fat or sugar free! To make sorbet the ONLY fresh fruits you can use are high carb bananas, oranges or pineapple -lest you damage the thing. You can use canned fruit, but ONLY if the fruit is in a syrup or juice-not in water- ie., high carb. Thumbing through the cookbook, it really emphasizes/prefers processed and sweetened ingredients like fruit syrup, not fruit. For mix-ins, candy & cookies are good, but they "don't recommend" fresh fruit ir nut butters. I've ordered separate "low sugar" and "high protein" cookbooks for this machine. We'll see if they help.

As described and very functional. The colorful lids add the convenience of easily knowing which is which without the need for labels

These work perfectly for my Ninja Creami. They are easy to use, come with different colored lids and are versatile if you need to use fit freezing other items. I only use for my Ninja. They are leakproof once the lids are fastened and a great value for the money.

The product performs as expected; It's a silly purchase but I would have been okay with that for making low calorie ice cream at home. However, my product suffers from an issue where if left plugged in for a little bit, it becomes unresponsive and doesn't turn on again unless you unplug it from the wall for a bit then back in. This is extremely annoying if you have hard to reach outlets like I do. I searched online and found many other customers with the same problem. They said there are defective power supplies, but if you contact Ninja support they'll replace your unit and this solved the problem for them. I contacted Ninja and told them I was experiencing this issue, but was surprised when they replied to me by saying they were no longer replacing units with this defect. Instead, they have updated their product manual with language that you are required to unplug the machine after every use! This is totally unacceptable for a kitchen appliance - certainly nobody has to unplug their toaster oven or microwave every day or it stops working. The fact that replacement machines fixed this issue for others indicates this is 100% a defect and not deliberate design. I don't think it's acceptable that a company merely hides away disclaimer in their product manual documenting that the product is defective, something you'd never be know prior to purchase, then refuse replacement on that basis. For this reason I cannot recommend this product to anyone. It's extremely frustrating to use, for a product which otherwise a frivolous, expensive, premium purchase. There's no excuse for it to be anything less than fully functional and good to use.

I had high hopes for the Ninja Creami, but my experience has been nothing short of alarming. After only a handful of uses, I noticed what looked like small metal and plastic shavings mixed into my ice cream. At first, I thought it might just be a fluke, but it kept happening. Even worse, the blade actually fell out while the machine was running making super loud noises while it was bouncing around all over. Not reliable, not worth the money, IT WILL break not long after buying.

Fit perfectly in my Ninja Creami Deluxe. I'm glad to have some additional Pints so I can prep multiple at a time. That's the biggest hurdle with the Creami.

Merveilleuse

I loved the ninja creami and am so bummed it got spoiled. I give it a 5 star rating purely on my user experience with the product. Hoping it launches in India soon. I suggest getting the warranty cos they will accept your return within the timeline but it’s self ship. But still giving it 4stars cos my refund came through very promptly. Mine was slightly complicated case as I didn’t want to self ship also and also the product was working absolutely fine for a few uses. I feel it’s a safe buy cos the seller did issue a refund without a delay and understood that the product was faulty and made no drama about it as such. Amazon provided awesome support tho.

this thing is amazing. been using roughly lately and its been performing very well. for a small appliance that can prepare ice cream? its decent i had the idea that if i just put anything inside it will an ice-cream out of it but that wasnt the case. to clear the confusion, you freeze milk or whatever your mix, machine's purpose is after that. you can change the frozen mix you had into different frozen delicacies such as milkshakes, ice creams, frappe etc...

Don't buy a Creami without extra containers it allows you lots a of choice.
