How high does it vertically extend up while staying at a 90 degree angle?

Absolutely not! It wasn't enough strong enough to hold up my iPhone at certain angles. Keep looking. I ended up returning mine.

Yes, you can install parts of the webcam, only those no longer than 16cm/6.3 ". It is also possible to mount some compact cameras and digital cameras on the 1/4 "screw of the ring light.

How do you turn it on/off?

There's a switch on the charge cable attached to the light that controls the different settings and on/off
