Very nice candle wax warmer. Attractive and fits well in the space I wanted it for. I like that there are smalls legs on it, so it doesn’t sit directly onto the surface of my electric fireplace. It does take a little while to melt the wax, but this isn’t a bad feature because it doesn’t get so hot that you can’t touch the sides. It doesn’t have a timer, so you do have to remember to turn it off. This is not a deal breaker for me. The scent fills my living room/dining room/kitchen open floor plan. I am very happy with this warmer.

Off the bat, this warmer does what it was designed to do: warm a candle from the bottom and releasing the aroma into the space around it. What I didn’t realize while buying this warmer was the limitations on how large of a candle it can effectively do this with. I wanted to be able to fully melt off the remaining parts of my B&BW candles as it just seemed like such a waste having a solid hunk of wax left over that could not be used. I got this warmer due to its size, it having a “true” on/off switch (using with a smart plug for timing of daily on/off), and its style. The description says it can fit a 3 wick candle so I thought “great now I don’t need to light my candles, can still get a nice smelling home, and an added bonus that they last longer”. What I failed to see was the OUNCES this warmer is rated for. It states 10oz candles. Unfortunately, b&bw three wicks are about 14oz each. This means that even though I leave my (brand new) candle on for about 6 hours straight, the wax is barely melting off and no scent is really coming off. Additionally, the wicks are now unusable so I’m in a bit of a pickle due to this learning curve… BUT my mistake is your piece of advice. If you plan to use this candle warmer on a larger candle, I recommend first burning off about 1/3 of the wax (bringing it down to ~10oz left) and then running the warmer for extended periods until you find how long it takes to fully melt the wax. I used the warmer initially with a left over wax amount and found it kicked off the sent very well WHEN THE WAX CAN FULLY MELT THROUGH. Overall, I’m not disappointed with the product, but rather disappointed in myself for getting into this mess. Don’t be like me, make sure you fully read and understand the product!

This wax warmer is perfect! It heats up quickly and melts the wax evenly, filling my whole room with a lovely scent. The design is cute and looks great on my counter. Easy to clean and super quiet — I use it every day!

A favorite thing about this warmer is it can be used with the bowl holding wax melts or you can use it with your favorite candle. No more soot from burning candles! I can melt the jar directly on this beautiful warmer plate. Two uses makes it very giftable. The longevity of this product is also a plus because of the heat plate- no bulb needed to warm the wax. There is also an orange light on the back showing the on/off mode so you don’t have to touch or guess it to see if it is on. My only negative comment is that it seems to heat the wax up very hot, so I feel that the scent doesn’t last as long And need to change it more often.

It can fit larger candles and melt them thoroughly though I mostly just use wax melts. I did buy some silicone liners as cleaning the top bit would be difficult.

Because of the material used to make the tray, it does not dissipate heat well enough to melt the was on the sides of the tray. (after the first melt solidifies). It will burn about 80% of the wax, the rest will just stick to the sides. Also, although it doesn't affect the melting performance, strangely the electrical cord comes out the FRONT of the unit...LOL

The product looks lovely and is exactly what I wanted, but useless to me I cannot use it. It is not wired for UK electrical system. It is for voltage 110-120 and comes with a US plug. I couldn’t see anything in the product description notifying Amazon UK customers of this. It shouldn’t be sold on Amazon UK without this important information.

The product is great but the seller should have specified that it comes in 120 volts.

Disappointed in the product. The red light seems to turn on but no heating takes place.

I purchased this item, used it with my candle wax once and it was good..but the next day, when I tried using it again, it work for few minutes and I jst noticed after a while that the wax has solidified. When I touched it, it was not hot, I tried switching off and on again and waited,but it's the same, not heating anymore...I got really upset as I just bought it 😞😞😞 and I am not sure if I can still exchange or return it.
