Can you please give me specific instructions on how to connect my iphone and have full functionality on the touchscreen (not just mirroring.)?

Use eShare software to achieve image projection, but the software does not support operating iPhone on the touch screen. Support operating Android phones on the touch screen. However, additional software installation is required.

I ordered the smart board whiteboard to show horizontal, not vertical. Is there a way it can be switched to display horizontal instead of vertical？

Our smart boards can be placed horizontally or vertically. If you want them to be horizontal, you need to set - display settings - screen rotation; Then rotate the screen to the desired position to get the desired effect. After rotating the screen, you need to install the wall hanging in different directions to achieve the horizontal effect you want I'm glad to solve your problem. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me

Is there a way to update the OS if it gets slower or outdated?

dear, If the operating system of the 43 inch JYXOIHUB board is too slow or outdated, we will send you an upgrade package to update it. Please rest assured.

Does jyxoihub come with a remote control? there was not one in the box.

Are there any smart remotes, keyboards, etc. for elderly people to use?
