A decent camera
It's a decent camera but I couldn't find it online earlier. However the price tag is too high. It should be available at around 13K-14K INR.

Wifi Issue
For its price, there is a ton of accessories, and the video taken is quite decent. The unit feels well built. Problem is that the one I received has issue turning on the wifi - it gets stuck on the screen, and I have to manually reset the camera to get it back to a responsive state. No way I can turn on the wifi, it hangs the entire unit. App connectivity is a key reason I bought this. Contacting tech support, hopefully this gets resolved.

Affordable Waterproof Action Cam
I debated between the GoPro Hero and various Akaso models and ended up on realizing I simply needed an affordable action cam that was waterproof, so I went with the Brave 7. I was going on a trip to FL so water was in its future.I ordered a couple 128GB highspeed micrsoSD cards for it as well. It came well packaged and with a ton of accessories. The documentation, which you get online, is precise and well written. Tip: don’t throw away the foam cover that it comes with, it can be used for wind noise reduction. The model is well reviewed on other platforms so I was able to get enough information on how to set it up and the best settings for it. The touch screen is easy to use and is responsive. I turned off the wind noise reduction feature, with it on, audio just cut in and out and it did not seem to work. The image stabilization worked great, I really liked how I didn’t need a gimble for it at all.On the FL trip I used it to film walking on the beach, in the city, playing in the ocean, ( and yes its waterproof, at least down a couple feet), driving in a car mounted on the windshield, and to take a couple pictures. I ended up on 2.7k/30fps as a good resolution for shooting most video. The best video you are going to get out of it will be in good sunlight, outdoors. It is after all, an action camera meant to be used outdoors 😊 The batteries seemed to last a decent while, we’ll see how the longevity of them will be over time. The only small gripe I have is the SD/USB slot door, it’s a bit tricky to get shut, you have to do this push in and slide up maneuver to get it to click back in place. I can only assume its due to the waterproofing material. Its not a huge deal as I don’t take the SD card out super often, its just something you have plan for if you are in a hurry to swap SD cards. I did download the AKASO GO app on my iPhone and it seems to work OK, but I haven’t yet used it extensively yet. The accessories seem to be good, if you need them. The remote control is useful if you have it mounted to like a helmet or somewhere you don’t want to have to constant be hit the record button. It survived the trip and being used in a saltwater ocean without a case, I just made sure to wash it off with cold tap water after each ocean use. It also performed well in 110 degree heat, I just made sure I didn’t use it for hours at a time in that heat, so it didn’t get too hot. The pictures it took, with using the widest angle, were crisp and it was nice to get a wider field of vision than you’d get from a phone.Overall I’d recommend this camera to someone who is looking for a affordable action cam to use for travel in damp and wet environments. I’m happy with it and will continue to use it for my adventures.

Great Camera compared to Go Pro
Had to find a replacement for an old sport cam that has seen better days. I did my research and after much YouTube time and Google ,I decided to purchase the AKASO Brave 7. You'll get your money's worth if you buy it. The one I purchased did have the memory card. The one I got came with 2 batteries, battery charger, remote with wrist strap, A to C USB charging cable and numerous mounts. You'll need to supply your own USB wall puck. with the $30 I saved on this model, I went to Wally World and got 2 "SanDisk" 64gb image mate pro Micro SD cards. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner! Buy this if you don't want a GoPro.

Very happy with my Akaso Brave 7 😊
Great inexpensive waterproof action camera!! I needed an inexpensive, good camera to take on vacation to Cozumel, I am so happy I chose the Brave 7. The videos came out great! The motion stabilizer works awesome. We took it with us on our deep-sea fishing trip and the waters were a little rough but the video turned out super smooth. I also used it snorkeling without the optional waterproof case with no problem. I’m attaching screenshots of the videos with the dive setting on and off to show the difference in the results. The first two pictures (the bluer ones) are with it off. I think next time I take it snorkeling, I’ll have a light for it as well. The picture of the pool was taken with the Brave 7 (not a screenshot from video).Super pleased with my choice of camera!

Action cam that goes the distance
Overall the quality of the camera and the accessories is quite good. The camera seems robust although I haven't dropped it yet. I bought this camera to use on my motorcycle trip to Alaska. Although, I did not use it in heavy rain it handled the varying weather conditions and functioned properly for the entire trip. The 4K image quality is excellent but looses some detail when recording high motion activities. I put the Image stabilization feature to the test on many miles of dirt roads. It worked flawlessly. Since this product is a GoPro "adjacent" design all of my mounts from my old GoPro worked with it, that was a nice bonus. The built in mic is pretty sensitive and even pics up voice over wind and engine noise. The remote is very handy for use when the camera is remotely setup or is out of easy reach and sight. The buttons are a little small and challenging to use with gloves on. The camera comes with lots of accessories for the price point. Now for the not so good. I wouldn't consider the battery life to be extraordinary more like just about adequate. Battery life varied quite a bit between the multiple batteries I used. So, having a few extras for back up is necessary. The touch screen UI is fairly intuitive but can be a pain when handling the camera while recording, accidental touches can change settings without warning. The record button on top is difficult to press especially with gloves on when the camera is in the plastic frame. After using the camera for a good deal of time I am quite satisfied with it especially for the price point.
