Q: Where is the ethernet port?

There isn't one. Connection is via WiFi. If you need a physical Ethernet port you will need a USB-ethernet adaptor

Q: Can I play call of duty mobile at high graphics on another display?

It's slow when playing 3D games. It only has integrated graphic card. It's better to get another one with dedicated graphic card

Q: Does it have an internal microphone and a built-in webcam?

Yes, it has both altough webcam is not so good quality.

Q: Is this laptop any good for doing cv's on also storing and downloading music

Great for both activities, I would use headphones for the music
