Where should i place them

Dont buy them, just buy mouse sticky paper and place them under your bed and where you see the signs of bed bugs ie black dots and small spot of blood

i had some and i had a bad bed bug problem but the trap picked up none.

Would they help with fleas?

Fleas would get stuck to them if they land on the strips they are super sticky
