My order has been "pending verification" for the last 12 hours. can't cancel or refund, nor can i access the code. what should i do?

I got an email from Amazon saying they cancelled the order and offered me a $10 credit. I think this is horrible business practice. In reality, both regular and with PIN are showing for $30 right now. So if i order again and use the credit that is $20 - so i'm actually better off. But i don't understand why they would cancel the order rather than just process the order at $23 since both items show up as available for 1 day shipping. Shame on Amazon for bad business practice. Offer an item at a special price then cancel the order when it is still in stock.

Is this only a code or will it be a physical copy as well

This is a digital copy of Just Dance 2023 for Nintendo Switch, and it will not include a physical copy of the game.

if I have Just dance unlimited is that the same as just dance + or I have to pay again?
