Capacitors not 0.1uF. Measured 0.04uF.
Capacitors are mislabeled as 0.1uF. Actual measured values are about 0.04uF. Unacceptable! Returning.

Pay Attention to Tolerance
I was extremely disappointed when I tested these. I know these tolerances are there for a reason, but I didn't expect to find values ranging from 8 to 12nf. This wasn't one here and there - at least half the batch were at the extremes. I'm not used to seeing that and will be looking to other manufacturers in the future.
