Unfortunately not. However, if you do only have the single USB port I would seriously consider looking into a USB hub. The scroll wheel has a slight tick when you turn the wheel. Hope this helps. The action of the curcer Seems very smooth across the screen to me. Apparently the settings can be adjusted for gamers the factory setting is 1000dpi which I haven't changed. But you can change it to 1500dpi or 2000dpi. I use it for cad drawing and it is fine for me. For £10 it's very good for the money. I would purchase another one any day.

no any mouse with an optical sensor will be incapable of tracking on a reflective or transparent surface
