Can this be used with enamel paints or just acrylics?

I've never used it with acrylics, I'm afraid I'm of the old school and still use Humbrol enamels for all my modelling. I've had no problems with this primer, just make sure you give it ample drying time before applying your topcoat.

How long do i have to wait for it to dry and apply another layer or paint over it? i am using it on 3d printed parts in pla

It dries very quickly and I applied another paint 2 hours later no problem

Would this be a good undercoat for an sas pink panther land rover?

Not sure what an sas pink panther land rover is ?? If it is a plastic kit or plastic toy then this primer would be fine. If however this is for a real vehicle, then something like Halfords Auto primer would be more appropriate to use.

Is this a neutral grey? The picture makes it look like it has a hint of colour in it (maybe green)?

Hi Neil, it is a neutral grey. Maybe the pic picked up a green hue, depends what lighting conditions were available. Have used this paint for US Navy aircraft colouring and as a great primer. Try decanting some and mixing with other colours too.
