Totally agree that makes no sense. So heres what you do, paint your nails as normal then after 2 mins apply a generous amount of the top coat and just glide it over dont press down hard as your polish is still wet underneath remember. (Whilst it will feel dry to the touch once all applied you still need to be careful and sit still as it can still get smudged or indentation marks). Hope this has made it clear on gow to use it.
