I was taking vit B tablets but remembered these from childhood. They are far more natural and contain more than just the B vits, such as Chromium and biotin. They are also really good for your gut microbiome. What really convinced me was that my neighbours cat was sick and had antibiotics. He was a sorry state so i tried feeding him a couple of these. He loved them! I gave her the tub and told her to give him a couple a day and within about four days he was bouncing around with a glossy coat! I thought, well if they work for the cat, maybe they will do the same for me! They do definetly make a difference! I don't have fur but my hair is in better condition and I do feel as thoughI have more energy. I think this is my 5th tub. Good quality, easy to swallow, good price! Think I will be a customer for life! Oh, and they are non debittered so the goodness has not been extracted. Please do not change the formula!!!! Good for cats, dogs and peope!

You certainly get what you pay for, and I think the quanity is excellent for the price that you are paying. The tablets are relatively small, so it is easy to swallow multiple at a time with/ without water. It does state that it gives you multiple B-vitamins and many amino acids, so it should give multiple health benefits to consumers that pottentially have a hard time obtaining their daily needs of both the following. Personally, I didn't notice much of a change in my health, except the fact that I don't seem to get agitated as easily, but that could be due to anything. Also skin seems to be healthier and pimple outbreaks seem to be less frequent. For peace of mind and the comfort that you are getting your daily needs, I wouldn't recommend a better product than this.

It is a big pack with 500 tablets that it can be half year supply. The tablet is small and easy to swallow. The price is low and the quality is good. This is the second time I bought this product, and I may still order it in the future.

Outstanding quality, I did not like the powder version, due to the unpleasant taste, so these were great for me! Taking 6 tablets a day and they are superb for me. Great package, all instructions are clear, will be buying again!

A friend in France swears by this product, so I buy it to send on. The packaging is first rate, the goods arrive swiftly, but this time there was an issue with the best before date. The pot contains 500 tablets and at the recommended 6 per day, this would last for 83 days, however the best before date expires days well before all the tablets could be used. I did contact the seller and was asked to return the item at my expense because it was within date, and it would be replaced. I chose not to do that.

Je l'ai acheté surtout pour soigner mes cheveux. Résultats visibles après 3 semaines environ. J'ai d'abord pris 6 comprimés par jour comme recommandé, pendant 1 mois, puis 3 par jour, en une prise le matin. J'ai fait une cure de 6 semaines. Mes cheveux sont revitalisés, hydratés, plus beaux. Ils ont poussé plus vite. J'ai arrêté car je vais marcher sur mes cheveux !!!! . Je recommande cette cure à ceux qui veulent laisser pousser leurs cheveux et/ou qui ont des cheveux dévitalisés, secs... Commencer par 6 comprimés par jour si nécessaire, mais éviter d'en prendre le soir car envies fréquentes d'uriner en début de nuit. La journée pas de problème. Quant aux effets sur la peau ou sur les ongles, je ne peux pas dire car je n'ai pas de problème.
